Short Film

Her first short fiction film "Barefoot" (15 min) was selected by various film festivals.

 

Hiromi is currently working on her next film, “Hana and Koto”(42 min) , which won a grant and will be partially funded by the Film School of Tokyo.

Short documentary

10-min documentary released for Yahoo!JAPAN Creators Program.

She followed Japanese death portrait photographer, Kiyofusa Nozu, and filmed how people prepare their own death for their loved ones with their "best" face taken by Nozu. The documentary depicts a story of how he pictures the moment of people being as they are, and the images leaves the family a place to lean on when the person passes away.
